She’s also the Co-Founder of 1810 Marketing, a creative agency specializing in branding, website curation, and digital and print media. Before joining Compass, Kyla led marketing for Tim Carr’s team at Villa Real Estate, where she helped shape high-level strategy and brand presence. Her real estate journey began in Monterey, where she represented buyers throughout the Central Coast.
A graduate of Cal State Monterey Bay and former Apple technician, Kyla combines her tech edge with her passion for design and service. When she’s not working, you’ll find her exploring Orange County’s food scene, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with her husband and two sons.
